Carrera99® v.22 fibers undergo a combined tension-and-heat
pre-stretching process before being supplied to the stringmaker.
This removes most of the material's initial creep in advance and
significantly reduces the stretching and conditioning normally
required after string or cable construction.
The process also helps the strands seat more evenly after jig
winding and reduces the need for extended post-twisting
stabilization.
Shorter conditioning time. Greater consistency. More efficient production.
